SEO case studies across SaaS, eCommerce, technical SEO, international SEO, and organic growth

This page brings together selected SEO case studies that show the strategy, analysis, and execution behind my work across B2B SaaS, content-led eCommerce, technical SEO, international SEO, migration SEO, keyword strategy, and competitive organic growth. It is designed to help consulting leads, recruiters, and hiring managers quickly understand the kinds of SEO problems I solve, the environments I work best in, and how my SEO consultant portfolio applies across different business models.

Experience across SaaS, eCommerce, multilingual SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, localization SEO, and AI-aware search visibility.

Proof of work across strategy, execution, and growth

I've worked across SEO projects that range from technical SEO case studies and migration SEO case studies to content strategy case study work, international SEO case study execution, and large-scale organic growth SEO case study projects. Some were centered on technical foundations, visibility recovery, or multilingual SEO complexity. Others focused on scaling content, improving search relevance, expanding into new markets, or increasing commercially valuable organic traffic.

The goal of this hub is to make those examples easier to browse by challenge, service area, and business model. For consulting leads, it shows the range of SEO work I can support. For recruiters and hiring managers, it highlights the depth of ownership, cross-functional execution, and commercial thinking behind the work. It also acts as a more focused proof layer within my wider SEO consultant portfolio.

What each case study should show

To make your SEO case studies more useful and conversion-friendly, keep the same structure on every individual case study page.

Business context

Explain the company type, market, and why the SEO challenge mattered.

Challenge

Show the problem clearly, whether it was technical debt, weak content structure, migration risk, poor non-branded visibility, localization SEO complexity, or international SEO challenges.

Approach

Explain your role, what you actually did, and how you prioritized the work.

Execution areas

Break the work into clear buckets such as technical SEO, content strategy, migrations, localization, internal linking, keyword strategy, AI-informed SEO workflows, or reporting.

Results

Use exact metrics when you have them. When metrics cannot be shared, describe the business impact, scale, and complexity of the work.

Relevant services

Link each case study to the most relevant service pages so readers can move naturally from proof to action.

Why these SEO case studies matter

Strong SEO case studies should do more than list wins. They should show the quality of thinking behind the work.

For consulting leads, that means showing how a problem was diagnosed, prioritized, and solved. For recruiters and hiring managers, it means showing strategic ownership, execution depth, cross-functional collaboration, and the kinds of business environments where I've been most effective.

The body of work shown here already supports proof across B2B SaaS SEO, eCommerce SEO, technical SEO, migration SEO planning, international SEO delivery, content strategy work, and large-scale organic growth results. That makes this hub one of the strongest conversion assets in the site and an important part of the wider SEO portfolio.

For recruiters and hiring managers (SEO + growth roles)

These case studies are also meant to help hiring teams quickly assess role fit across SEO and growth-focused roles. Across the projects shown here, the recurring themes are:

SEO strategy plus hands-on execution

Technical SEO and structural problem-solving

Content strategy tied to buyer intent

International SEO and migration planning

Localization SEO and multilingual SEO support

Cross-functional work with content, product, development, and growth teams

Sustainable organic growth across SaaS and eCommerce

That aligns closely with how my profile positions me today: an SEO & AI Search Lead with experience across SaaS, eCommerce, technical SEO, content architecture, AEO / GEO, and remote or hybrid teams in Europe.
